Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EST this morning.
* VISIBILITY...Areas of dense fog with visibility one quarter of
a mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Dense fog will result in reduced visibility on
roadways this morning. Motorists are urged to slow down, use
