4-year-old missing Port St. Lucie girl found dead in lake

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - 5:00 a.m. Monday Update: 

Police in Port St. Lucie said they found the body of missing 4-year-old Chelsea Noel in a lake Early Monday morning around 1 a.m. 

Search team members in a kayak came across a body in the lake late Sunday night abd St. Lucie County Sheriff's Dive Team responded and retrieved the missing 4-year-olds body.

A missing child alert has been issued for 4-year-old Chelsea Noel.

Chelsea is from Port St. Lucie in South Florida. She was last seen Saturday on Southwest Keats Street.

Chelsea is “nonverbal," and has short braids and a birthmark, which is lighter in color than her skin, from her neck to her chest, police said.
